My one-on one-sessions are designed to use your workout time efficiently and to gradually see sustainable results. My sessions are firm (but kind) and tailored to meet your goals and needs. I believe in placing an emphasis on respecting your body’s limits which in turn reduces your risk of injury. I believe in designing each exercise and sequence with a specific purpose in order to get the maximum benefit according to your goals. As you progress, you’ll learn what to feel in your body and how to specifically focus on the muscles that are most challenged in each movement. This exercise experience will give you higher quality results and a greater knowledge about your own body. You’re in good hands.
