“I contacted Suzanne at a time when I was in an absolutely low about my weight and body image.  I felt sad, unmotivated, and needed to act upon my feeling fast.  I remembered  reading about Suzanne in an article in Daily Candy and quickly emailed her asking about  a personal training plan.  

Upon my first meeting with Suzanne, I felt nervous about starting a personal training plan, but soon my nerves were calmed with hope and happiness that I was headed in the right direction.

Suzanne's best  quality is that she is a great listener and really is there for you to help you achieve your fitness goals. From our first interaction, Suzanne was really focused on the best approach that would fit my fitness needs, keep me engaged, and spark my own motivation from within. She tailors the work out session  to fit your personality, have fun, and  burn those calories.

I have been working with Suzanne now for several weeks and  have seen much improvement.  I am fitting into my pants that I could not before, feeling good in my skin, and am ENJOYING to work out!  Suzanne keeps me on task and always ask how my week has been.  I feel I can really  discuss with her the obstacles that lie outside of our training sessions and she always has a great creative solution.  Suzanne really is a wonderful trainer and I enjoy learning from her knowledge and guidance  to help me reach my weight loss plan. “I have tried several personal trainers, but Suzanne is by far the best trainer I have ever had. She listened thoughtfully and carefully to my goals, likes, and dislikes, and planned a program specifically tailored to me. I feel she took a very personal interest in me and did not treat me like just another client. She provided a lot of positive reinforcement and motivated me to exercise longer and try harder even when I didn't feel like it. She was very flexible and creative in suggesting new approaches or adapting exercises to my specific needs and abilities.

Suzanne encouraged me to find a form of exercise that I could enjoy and therefore would continue doing, rather than thinking only exercise at the gym "counted." I am someone who does not like to exercise, but I continue to feel very motivated by my experience of working with Suzanne.

“I thought it was the perfect start to what I needed. Suzanne pushed me hard enough for where I was at the time, and gave me a routine that really worked for my body. I always felt comfortable, felt like we connected personally, and had fun. The biggest thing that was great about Suzanne was that she developed a plan that was doable and that I enjoyed. I have been done for months and am driven, but continue to use elements I learned from Suzanne.

I have a completely different body now than what I had previously. I am almost a different person. I am still working on myself in many aspects, but gaining the confidence to enjoy exercise and healthy living effected me greatly.
