How much should you weigh?

So, you can find lots of tables and charts that will tell you the range of what you should weigh for your height, and I go a little bit of a different route.

The goal of my work is never to get you into one rigid place, and it’s never to get you into a size 2.

Instead, you know that weight where you absolutely love your body, and you feel completely at home in your own skin? For the most part, your clothes fit well, and you like going shopping for new pants to wear. You put in the work to get where you are, but for the most part, you can maintain your shape without too much effort.

THAT’s your goal.

That’s your ideal weight.
